Between driving to and from class, parking, and waiting, you can add as much as 90 minutes to the time it takes to complete one class.  If you were to take 3 classes a week over the course of a year, that adds up to a whopping 234 hours.  TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY - FOUR HOURS.

  • IT’S AFFORDABLE

When it comes to spending on your health and wellness, the adage “Spend money now being healthy, or spend it later doctors and prescriptions” comes to mind.  At up to $30 a class in South Florida, boutique fitness adds up quickly.  Why not get a few friends or co-workers together and get the class you want, brought to you where and when you want it?  Big Gyms?  They literally make their money by being just good enough for you to sign up, yet not good enough for you to show up often.
